You may notice a change in your water.
Cochrane Infrastructure Services says crews are doing maintenance on the lime system at the Water Treatment Plant. Crews say this can make your water harder than usual. The town adds that this is caused by natural minerals and doesn’t pose any health risks.
Cochrane says even though it isn’t unhealthy, it could cause spots on your dishes. Infrastructure Services says you can minimize the spotting by hand washing dishes or towel drying them as soon as the dishwasher rinse cycle ends. Crews say if you already have spots on your glasses, soak them in white vinegar for five to 10 minutes.
